All the wishing in the world for a share price to turn up never makes it so.

The old adage 'the trend is your friend' tells you that when the SP is trending upwards, it is safe to buy and hold. Conversely, when an SP is trending down, your 'friend' kindly says 'get out now!'

I would love to be back on board when the gains begin, however in my opinion, I think there is more pain to come first.
