    If I recall correctly the figures are indicative and will change in fairness to both parties of the deal 'in good faith'

    I would also assume that this means if $1USD is worth .10c or $10usd 20 years from now the contract will be adjusted inline with inflation/deflation 'in good faith' to be fair to both parties. Imo
