Where does it say that scaling up is linear? YXGC has clearly stated that they have an immediate need for the product, so would have thought supply would be only limited by plant capacity. Whether right or wrong, the GMP report assumes full capacity in 2020 (ie. ramping up over 2018,2019,2020).
Based on this isn't it more reasonable to assume a 3 year ramp up period?
