"Eligible shareholders will be offered the opportunity to acquire shares at the same price as the Placement, being 3.8 cents each, to the value of:
$5,000 for 131,579 shares; or
$10,000 for 263,158 shares; or
$15,000 for 394,737 shares"
Geez even the title says "PACIFICO TO RAISE
UP TO $4.8 MILLION VIA A PLACEMENT AND SHARE PURCHASE PLAN"
