Sometimes an annoucement like this can drive the price higher b/c people start thinking in terms of their average buying price following their (especially if their is good news coming out) rather than focussing on the dilution side of things.

I will definitely we taking up the offer (assuming the price stays above 20cents). I have faith in the the management team to select those projects worth taking a punt on (wouldn't say that of too many small oilers).
