I think they were kicked out of the Caribbean 12 or so years for bribing the wrong people to be chosen as the preferred project.
There were a bunch of newspaper articles about it in 2012 .. It was an EWI project and they fraudulently stated in their bid EWC was the parent company ... It may as well have as I think EWC paid for the bid...

They would have spent between 15 or 30 million on Fourchon just on DA applications and Environmental studies and have no doubt we paid for it ... It was just another Elliot BS scam hoping to attract funding but all fell short and ran out of cash before that stage was reached.

I remember a youtube interview with the American CEO at the time ... He looked like a gangster from the bronx and every word came from the corner of his mouth.
