Something like LIT's litigation and TO attempt? Price gets slammed and someone does a cheeky TO.
All very unlikely IMO. But there IS still risk to LPD and it's still a spec stock. Obviously I think the upside outweighs the downside (massively), and I'm heavily invested in LPD because I see these risks evaporating as more big boys get on board, and as our technology improves.
