Normally I would agree - my problem here is though it is a government decision we are waiting on.. one would think it would not be that leaky .. or if it were then one would expect them to let the company know first (eg decision expected on x day)

having said that even with the COA they were only notified that morning to be in court.. so who knows. As usual we wait. And wait.. the question is how much patience will we need
