    Well we hope so kipper. from your chart you are taking the start of the formation as around 30.. then down to lows.. but i see 2 mini peaks iin there are 25 and 22 cents..? do they affect it at all.? (sorry. not a chartist.. just trying to follow what you are saying annd why)
