Once again I have found that going to the last BDL AGM, talking to shareholders and directors afterwards over a cup of tea was what saved me from having a large loss on this company.

I was not at all happy with what I heard at the AGM, and think I commented on that in this forum.

I felt bad when I sold my shares at a tiny profit only to see them double in price within a couple of days on bullish announcements which had no substance. This was a short lived revival which should be carefully examined by ASIC.

The management have a lot to answer for here, and I would hope that losing shareholders would look carefully at trading volumes and price rises after announcements some time back and perhaps point out any irregularities they suspect to ASIC.

Even the "appointment of voluntary administrator" notice held out the hope that the company would survive. If it does, will the shareholders get anything? How can we believe anything these directors say?

Fortunately I have not been a shareholder for a long time.
