Hi, new to this company, but, for whats its worth, there is alot of talk in the news on them, and how interested Stockland might be in them.

I can't explain the drop to near issue price, but it is very reassuring in IMO that both Stockland and Mulpha, 2 of the top shareholders, are in to the max on the new capital raising.

They have great assets and should do well long term, if not a serious take over target. (not long ago they were a target at $5 a share i think, but DYOR..)
