Stock seems to always reverse back down. What makes this time...

Stock seems to always reverse back down. What makes this time any different? Just seems to linger for a while and then falls.

Everytime this company seems on the verge of really breaking out ..... it just fizzles away after a while...what makes this time any different at all?

Not downramping....but look at the history! Why should I buy this stock when this is at its exact historical plateau?
