The credibility of directors (and management) is also involved. The other directors appear to be stepping away fron NM by saying

"The Company would also like to advise that no other directors or executives have any margin loan arrangements secured by the Company's shares"

Who wants someone who either doesn't read or understand the consequences of financial transactions or takes huge financial risks looking after their investments as a Director?

The credibility of the directors & management is critical for the success of BMN and I can't see how NM has credibility.
