if management can't negotiate to place most of these shares offmarket then that does not show much confidence in the company. I would be very surprised to see many more dumped (unless the exposure is huge or the shorters decide to have some fun .. the shorters are who I am worried about).
Even though the price dropped to 1.61 last week .. there weren't many shares on offer at these prices so the ability to pick up millions in that range would surely have a few takers.
