The reason for the delay (as told to Reuters) can be found in a posting by me and reposted by Stolwyk at 21.46 and 22.01 hours
on 14/6 under the heading "Heron/ReutersNews/Reasons"
We all agree that it would be great for this to be a done deal but obviously it is complex and as Heron say in the article.......we have taken 10 years to get to this stage.....what's another 45 days.
