re: down today/metalhead No problems with patience. Just a problem with Hrr delaying formal signing of an agreement twice now.
How long can one be in negotiations for. My understanding is that both Inco and HRR have been in negotiations for well over 12 months now.
Don't ever think that Inco can never walk away. The delays have occured for a reason so someone is not happy with something otherwise the the agreement as it was announce to the market would have been signed by now.
