I understand why technical analysis works but honestly it is totally stupid to compare say 10750 on the Dow today with the same level years ago ... the US$ has lost 50% of its value since then so really if the market bounces at the same nominal level, it might actually be bouncing at a 50% retraction in real buying terms LOL
