The departure of strategic Managers and ex owners would have to be a source of concern and the questions raised as to why they are leaving?. The company is largely beholden to the track record and business contacts of those managers that built up there own businesses. If they are all now departing after their ebit earn out is complete then it surely doesnt bode well for the future. Without them you dont really have much of a solid support framework i would think.
