HIGHLIGHTS
• Opportunity to participate in re-commissioning of the Bulgarian uranium industry through the
participation in a tender process
• Binding Heads of Agreement signed with Bulgarian company to achieve 100% interest in the
event of successful tenders
• Extensive roll front uranium deposits, four of which have been mined by ISL methods
previously, and which could be brought back on-stream at modest capital cost
• A total of 10 applications prospective for uranium, vanadium and molybdenum
now lodged in Estonia
• Total area under application now approximately 1000 km2
