So everyone on this forum thought the Tullow farm in was "brilliant" "excellent" news but the SP hardly rallied, if anything it declined! That tells me the smart people in the mkt disagree. Secondly another HRT dryhole and now BG drills pushed back to Q1 14 (some people expected Q4 13). As a result, no reason to be buying PCL yet. If this stock can't even rally on good news what does that tell u?
