I'd like to see a hold on the board issuing themselves and staff, options. There were one billion PRR shares on the ASX at the last AGM and advice that one Director had an exercisable option before Dec 2011 for 56 million at .02c. That was the number on their whiteboard but someone [?] said 5.6M. IMO this could be a big seller right now. There's enough cash from CR and Nasdaq for a few years even at their burn rate but please Directors stop diluting. I'm a long term holder but ticked that my CR buy at .28c has plunged. Product, Board, management are great and I'm sure SP will soon be back at the Boards next option rate of .30c.
