I was aware of the acquisition of the final 25% in Pellair which resulted in the issue of some new shares.The initial prospectus data shows clearly that this acquisition is EPS positive. This purchase by Rex was very smart as it provides some diversification away from its passenger activities plus significant blue sky growth potential into specialised aviation services in the asia pacific region. I understand that the new shares will be held for the medium to long term as the holders are confident of the REX business model - perhaps that is why Rex did not feel the need to enforce an escrow period.
