I am just saying the quota was increased 20% in 2021 same as for 2022 but oxide prices were up even while the quota was increased 20% meaning, increased quota does not make oxide prices fall but up , proving how strong the demands were . Same will happen this year but DYOR I mean. The link is just what I searched for 20% increase quota for 2021 for half year .
