I would suspect that many have done very well out of VOY and are reducing their stake.
Like house prices there is also a fair bit of talking down the political market? Oil prices look like hiting US$70 a barrel going by the "chartists"
The problem is not so much the price of Oil but its stability of price. Without stability other emerging competive energy sectors (such as "slate Oil" projects ) just do not happen
The main consumers of Oil (Northern Hemisphere) are about to go into winter mode so personally I do not see pressure coming off Oil yet (if at all)
