The market cap will rise on positive news irrespective of shares on issue it is all relative. Lakes is very cheap as far as market cap goes. When not if the fracing ban is lifted the share price will run. The gas is there as are the processes to extract it from the shale, Gina knows this and Nick Mather and his cohort have a successful track record in picking winners and growing value in the gas industry. The cast is star studded patience is a virtue, goodluck all.
