I dont blame COE for getting out of Cambodia.
The government are a bunch of crooks who are setting up the potential oil industry to line the pockets of senior ministers.

It might have been a typo in COE's announcement but they state the investment no longer fits their Values with a capital V.
That made sense to me.

Coopers huge cash position is probably more an indication of its better to get bank interest than pay top dollar for average prospects.

Anyway, I have a bank account already so I dont need to park money in COE, however, I too, will be trying to time my entry for Kurnia.
