I have been sending Alcon R&D emails over the past two months...

I have been sending Alcon R&D emails over the past two months trying to get some information about Trisense. Finally got a reply.

“Alcon are unable to answer your questions due to contractual issues with other companies.”

I can’t remember what questions I asked as my questions weren’t shown on the email and I sent a lot of emails. Most of my questions were – how’s the product performing, is novartis going to use the product with lecentis etc etc.

There reply is interesting – “contractual issues with other companies.” Perhaps AOS is one of the reasons but the email said other companies. Who else is involved?

I sent an email asking for clarification. I let you know if I get an answer.
