As a holder, I'd strongly recommend against buying into BLR at all. Surely you can find a better speccy U stock if you look?

BLR management leave a lot to be desired IMHO. Chronic lack of disclosure, delays on projects, you name it.

BLR is a very, very long term (2-3 years at least), very high risk speccy stock - does this really suit your risk/reward profile? Quite frankly, I have doubts that any of their projects will ever get off the ground.

You'd be better off with $$$ in the bank at 8%....
