Downer edi have a train workshop in Bathurst. After years of bullying a young man has committed suicide. Threatened with rape..... abused verbally and endlessly ........sprayed with flammable liquid and set on fire while using an electric welder etc etc etc . Question is ....did Downer EDI force the workers to do this to him....did downer know about it ....did downer order the abuse.....if not the workers involved will have to compensate the family for the loss of his life. I do not believe DOWNER has any responsibility in this. I wonder what the judge will say. case coming to an end soon
