Your right these sectors need more people but this company stufs around that much with all its demands and 10 pages to fill in to get a job and then want 3 references, work history for 5 years all for a Job that may last 3 months.LOL
If someone has the qualifications and wants the work get them working. The jobs get done and the paying companys are happy. This company has a bad reputation out there soon no one will work for them and thats how they make money from people.
Fix this up and the price will fly. Good luck All.
