    I dont believe its a great short with all of the talk and momentum around infrastructure spend, which DOW is in the box seat to procure a large portion of (competitively of course).
    Also with Knox having $7 as a trigger point for bonus's ex 30/06 (sic?), I cant see him letting it slip.
    Great 65 page ann out today on the strategic machinations that have been planned over the last 6months. Gunna be $10 by eoy calendar'09 IMHO.
