Due to the unfortunate devastation suffered in QLD & with more to come with the cyclone, Downer EDI stands to benefit from new contracts offered to them by the QLD Govt. as their presence there is strong.
These are only my thoughts but it seems reasonable that some of the re-construction efforts will be contracted to Downer...time will tell.
