Pubic Beast, the fact that PCG has had some tender delays is mentioned explicitly in the Broker Update, released on 1/5/06. Particular reference is made to the fact that tender package delays are being experienced in Kashagan.

Unfortunately for us as shareholders, we don't know in detail what these 'tender delays' refer to or what their financial impact will be. Obviously, given that it was a broker presentation in which it was mentioned, i assume that the brokers who are covering the stock have significantly more information about these 'tender delays' than we as the average shareholders do.

Numerous reports have been issued by brokers since the update was given on the 1st of May, and PCG has refused to release these to the public via their website, which i find very annoying, even though they are well within their rights to withhold broker reports and not give the public access to them.

The reporting season ends this year on 31st August. Hopefully the company takes the opportunity to be much more specific about these 'tender delays' they referred to on the 1st May. I expect EPS this year to be between 8.9 and 9.3 cps.
