This item is still shown as off-balance sheet.
You need to look deep in the notes to the accounts to find it.

It is described as "Committments", in last year's Annual Report it was detailed as Note 27 on page 38:



From this year the accounting standards are changing in relation to this item, and henceforth lease and other operating liabilities will be recorded in the balance sheet (a long overdue development, I think, because it is a very big liability for many companies, especially retailers, and it has tripped up many investors who are unaware of it).

(Note: there will be a contra-entry on the asset side of the balance sheet which will be described as a right-of-use asset).
