I don't think I've ever heard so many differing predictions and prognostications for world markets, each claiming authority...

Just so that we might have a little better idea of who might be credibly "prescient" or at least "market savvy", can any of the experts here lay claim to have predicted one year ago with absolutely certainty that the Chinese market would rise over 100% over the ensuing twelve months? I only ask because it seems many seem to now know when it's going to fall and by exactly how much.
