Doesnt look like the recent negativity on HC to the CE delay (and ACLs fall from grace) have been enough to drive SP down to mid-20's.
Yes there has only been one major clinical trial but I seem to remember from the minutes that IVG is being tested in certain european hospitals for reimbursement study. Also confirmed in quarterly cashflows 408k spent on "research and development clinical trials (not counting $551k on manufacturing research presumably CE data).
I would expect next price action to be european buys or sells based on the efficacy of these trials in UK, France, Austria and Germany, till Feb at least.
