I know nothing about this story so am I right in reading that Condor have arranged finance through a spanish company called World Investments Masafin. Funding is via an apparent bond which may or may not exist? (that in itself seems strange)

It seems spanish searches show the registered address for Masafin as The Mediterraneo avenue 9 Madrid 28007 Madrid, Community Of Madrid, Spain.

Which, nestled next to a dentist and what appears to be a gym with residential property above, doesn't seem very much like a major financial business to me.

As I said, I've only quickly glanced over this story and really have no idea.
