I understand what you are saying, BUT do you think its better that MMZ not do a deal and be safe from dilution whilst having little income and having to do placements after placements to survive? OR is it better to have dilution now in order to bring onboard Hotshots and its suite of products which could potentially be generating MANY millions in revenue and re-rate MMZ ?

I would pick the latter imho.
