Just returned from the meeting. So much for scores of angry shareholders. One shareholder spoke against the sale, two spoke in favour. Most shareholders disappointed with the share price but think the Board has done a good job with this sale.

Cannot remeber proxies exactly, but approx 12M against, 36M for and the Kagara holding abstained.

On a show of hands only one shareholder against, approx 12 - 15 for (I sat at the back so I could see the show of hands).
