Thank you for the update
We all know where the company is, so therefore, we can not complain if only one shareholder representing the against vote attended the meeting.
Nor can we say that I should have been there, it does not work like that
For eg it would be quicker for me to go to NZ than WA and yet I bought quite a few of shares in WA companies
We accept the fact that approx 12 -15 for, any less and it would have been a worry
There are after all 6 directors and I presume their partners are share holders, that is approx 12 votes. 12 out 15 leaves 3 other shareholders representing the Yes vote
Common, surely they can find 3 others to vote
You said, MOST shareholders disappointed with the share price but think the Board has done a good job for the sale
I thought you said one share holder spoke against, could you please explain how ONE could be MOST
Re the proxies, I do appreciate that until the report comes out, it is very difficult to hear the right quantity
If you are right, 12M against is 33% of the shares [excluding KZL]
33% of shares against is a very large of unhappy share holders
In Future transactions, we can only hope that the Board takes that into consideration before selling our assets short, let me spell it out 33% against
I am sure others will have further to say
Lotsofphos thank for the report
Tony
