the way i read it was 12-15 shareholders attended. EXCLUDING directors/board.
i would have a guess that they may have even abstained
i also read it that MOST shareholders were disappointed but that same group of MOST shareholders thought the board had doen a good job with the sale.
I will also point out that you only need 51% of shareholders to be FOR and it goes through, thats life.
So far only 35.95% of voters in WA are happy with Labour and voted for them. Thats a whopping 63.05% against them. But even with the majority against do you think they are going to listen???
I think the big lesson here is spruiking on a chatroom gets you nowhere if your not prepared to stand up from behind the screen and make a difference yourself. Its your investement you can't expect other people to do it for you.
