I am not sure where you are gettingthe six directors from. GGY has four directors, one of whom was not present. I have met the wives of two of the directors present, only one was in attendance. I did not include the directors' show of hands in my count. The count is taken from the floor.

By my calculations the no vote was only about 5% of the shareholding, exclusive of Kagara. There are 286M shares on issue of which Kagara hold 56.5M.
