Mate, it did touch 28.5 last week only. It lost almost 16% yesterday only and lost almost 22% during the last 5 days. It gained the ground in 2-3 days and lost it in two days. Stock is in lose hands and new revenue stream and current political environment is not helping either. Going to high twenties is highly possible.
