If you have a look at the chart (daily & weekly) someone or maybe a group is controlling the sp movement and keeping it below the MA's... And those fake prop bids @ half a cent to make the buyside look stronger than it is, who are they kidding!!
Ozgem PB needs to pull a rabbit out of the hat a surprise the market with a good out of left field announcement to stir some kind of interest back in NDO...
