If you haven't done options/warrants before then it'd take some studying, and you should think about having a chat with Citi on the instrument, make sure you are comfortable with the risks. I had a quick look at the PDS and the risks seem easier to manage given that you can't lose more than you pay for the parcel. It's a Long mini, so you will still have downside risks, just reduced.
You can also look at CFDs.. it can be riskier but that's what I tend to use.
