if any thing, SRL need to be buying more Autoclaves to meet the future battery metal demands of the world for its key battery ingredients (Ni-Co).

I would assume the Autoclaves are at the port for security reasons rather than dumping them in a sheep paddock in country NSW. It's like building a house on a vacant block. You would never deliver a new air conditioner unit onto the empty house site before you construct the house foundations, put up the walls and roof, plus have some electrical wiring in place. You are inviting people to vandalise or steal your aircon. Same applies to Autoclaves.
