Does anyone have a conservative estimate on what would be received in administration?
Can someone outline the rationale behind receiving 0c should we go into admin (I understand anything is possible, but I don't see how this could be reasonably expected).
Can anyone point me to historical examples of administration where the fair value of a company was known before hand (in this case, the bid establishes a base fair value)?
Just people keep talking if we don't accept deal we face administration, without really caring to clarify what that means. Would it be significantly worse (if at all) than the current share price?
