    Reading the article again,it says Oz may not obtain Banking approval by Friday. In another article the overseas banks were quoted as being possibly unable to give an answer by friday. This could be what this writer is refering to. If an Administrator is appointed,Minmetals will have to stand in line and may miss out on the mines they want. I do not think the Chinese give up that easily.M.
