I didnt say if the appeal was lost.. I meant if the appeal was granted to be heard. Of course if we lose the right to mine outright then we will be much lower.. but I doubt that will happen.. our long case has been heard, and the rightful landowners determined. Im talking 1.3cents if an appeal is granted and this is drawn out further.

Im not sure if I wrote on the forum there would be an appeal, but come on, of course there was going to be one? I posted the article about SMM considering an appeal the day after we were successful.. it was a given. The injunction was unexpected though for me..
