There won't be an appeal, the injunction is just a delaying tactic, a last roll of the dice for SMM, i wonder if Directors & Managers for SMM Solomon are packing their suitcases to avoid a possible investigation into the business practices of the company over the last few years, certainly after all the nonsense experienced by Axiom and the SI Government one would think an investigation into all their holdings absolutely mandatory in my opinion.
